Erika Anderson was a mathematician and mechanical engineer with degrees from Spelman College and Texas A&M University. Her industry experience includes roles at NASA, GE Aviation, ExxonMobil and most recently at Georgia Pacific as a reliability engineer. Her commitment and enthusiasm for encouraging others to pursue science careers emboldened her to realize that "when passion meets purpose, the opportunities are endless".
